Downloading and Setting Up the App (ovice Go - Mobile App)

Install the mobile app Ovice Go and perform the initial setup.

 

Compatible Mobile Devices

  • iOS (iPhone, iPad version 12 or later)
  • Android (smartphones and tablets with version 8 or higher)

 

Before you begin

To use ovice Go, you must first register as an ovice member using the web browser version on your computer. To register as a member, please go to the following URL.

Device permission settings

iOS

1. Select "Allow" in the "Send notifications" confirmation dialog

2. Select "OK" on the "Use Bluetooth" confirmation dialog

Android

1. Click "Allow" in the confirmation dialog for "Record audio" and "Make and manage phone calls."

2. Select "OK" when asked "Phone permission required"

3. The "Call Account" settings on your device will automatically launch.

4. Tap "All calling accounts" (not necessary depending on the device)

5. Turn on ovice Go

 

Log in

Log in with your email address and password

Eligible users:  Those who have already created an account on ovice

1. Open ovice Go

2. Enter your email address and password and tap "Login"

3. Select the space you want to access on the "Enter Space" screen

 

Logging in with Public SSO

Target users:  Those who log in using external services

1. Open ovice Go

2. Tap the button for the service you want to use.

3. Log in to the destination service

4. Select the space you want to access on the "Enter Space" screen

 

Logging in by "Specifying a workspace"

Target users:  Those who use SAML 2.0 authentication  or those who want to access a specific space

1. Open ovice Go

2. Tap "Specify workspace"

3. Enter your space domain (  the 〇〇 part of https://app.ovice.com/ws/〇〇/login)

*The space URL for the Free plan is different from the above, so please check the space domain  here .

4. Log in using the following method

 

Tips

  • The "Enter Space" list shows spaces to which you have admin/member privileges, as well as the last three spaces you have accessed  with other privileges.
  • If you see the 2-factor authentication screen, see:
    I'm asked to enter a 2-factor authentication code
  • Depending on your ovice space settings, you may be asked to enter a password or email address for the space when you access it. These spaces cannot be accessed from ovice Go.
