You can connect to a meeting room, meeting object, or screenshare object to join a meeting.
Method of Operation
1. Tap User List
2. Select the conference room and object you want to use from the user list.
3. Tap "Enter a room" or "Join a object"
4. Tap "Enter" on the confirmation dialog
5. When you want to speak, tap the microphone icon to turn the microphone on.
6. [iOS first time only] Microphone permission
A confirmation dialog will appear, so please allow its use.

If the conference room is fullEach
conference room has a capacity limit. You can check the capacity to the right of the conference room name. If the conference room has already reached capacity, you will not be able to enter.

Each conference room can be locked from the inside when the conference room is locked
. To enter a locked conference room, tap the entry request. If the members in the conference room receive a notification and grant you permission, you can enter the room.

If you do not have the required connection permissions
, the object is preset with the connection permissions of either Administrator, Member, or Visitor. If a user does not have the required connection permissions, a lock symbol will be displayed next to the object name. In this case, you will not be able to connect to the meeting object with a line and speak, but you will be able to join the object and listen to the conversation.

Users displayed semi-transparently (objects only)
In the web browser version of oViCe, users who are within audio range but not connected to the object in question are displayed semi-transparently.
- When you answer a call from another user, you will automatically be connected to the conference room or meeting object.
