View screen sharing (ovice Go - mobile app)

You can view the screen that the other person is sharing. You cannot share your screen from Ovid Go.
 

Method of operation

1. Join an object or conference room
Join a Meeting

2. Tap the "Screen Share" button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to the "Screen Share" screen

 

When multiple users are sharing their screens

The screens being shared are listed by user name. Select a user name to select the shared screen you want to view.

If no screen sharing is occurring

"There is no screen to display" is displayed.

 

Screen Scaling

  • You can pinch in and out (zoom in and out using your thumb and little finger) on the screen while viewing.
  • Only screen sharing can be displayed in landscape mode. Tap the enlarge button on the bottom right to switch to landscape mode.

Tips

  • If screen sharing is started in a meeting you are participating in, a notification icon will appear on the tab.

  • If a web browser user does not launch the meeting object and only shares using the screen sharing object, they will not be able to watch from ovice Go.
  • If there are multiple screen shares, you can choose which one to view. You can only view one screen share at a time.
