How to Check WebRTC Test Results

Run the WebRTC test and make sure the following required parts are successful.

You should succeed with the following results:

Details of Each Category

 

Network

  • Make sure Udp enabled is successful. In the case of ✕ and ⚠, you may be able to use oVice. See this article for Network Information.
  • Make sure Tcp enabled is successful.
  • Even if the result of Ipv6 enabled is ✕ or ⚠, it will not affect the use of oVice.

 

Connectivity

  • Make sure Relay connectivity is successful.

  • Reflexive connectivity results of ✕ and ⚠ will not affect the use of oVice.

  • Host connectivity results are not currently used as a reference.

 

Throughput

  • Data throughput results of ✕ and ⚠ will not affect the use of oVice.
  • If the video bandwidth results are ✕ or ⚠, or if the measurement does not finish, it will not affect the use of oVice.

 

If results are displayed as failed (✕ or ⚠) for a required category, it is possible that network restrictions are set in the usage environment. See this article for Network Information.
