Add a New Meeting Room

Set up a meeting room in your space: editing privileges for this feature will vary depending on your administrator permission settings.

 

Add a New Meeting Room

1. Click on the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab
*If you are not the organization owner, there is no need to select the tab.

2. Customize Space → Static Tools and Rooms → Click “Add Static Tools/Room”

 

3. Click “Room”

 

4. Drag the conference room on the editing screen to determine the location

5. Enter Room Name

 

6. Select "Meeting Room" under Room Type

 

7. Set Room Size

The capacity of the room is one person per square. For example, a 2x3 size conference room has a capacity of 6 people. You can also change the size on the editing screen.

8. Click “Save”

 

Tips

  • For information on displaying grid and space objects, see below.
    Common settings on the customization screen

  • "Lock Room" is a spare key function for created rooms. There is no need to turn it on when creating a room.

  • Conference rooms cannot be placed on top of other conference rooms. If they overlap, they will be displayed in a red frame and cannot be placed on the editing screen.
