Block (restrict) specific users' access to the space.
Items that can be added
Email address |
You can specify users by email address. *This setting allows you to block only users who are logged in to their ovice account. Users who access the space without logging in cannot be blocked. |
IP address | You can specify the environments to be blocked by global IP address. |
Check the setting screen
1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
*If you are not an organization owner, there is no need to select a tab.
2. Space settings → Click "Blacklist"
Block by email address
1. Click "Add" under Block by Email Address, select the operation method, and add
Add by manual input |
When you enter an email address and press the Enter key, the input value will have a background color. You can save it in this state. |
Add bulk as CSV file | When you select a CSV containing email addresses from local storage, it will be reflected on the add ovice screen. |
2. Check the contents and click "Save"
- Up to 10,000 email addresses can be registered.
Block by IP address
1. Click "Add" under Block by IP Address and enter the IP address
When you press the Enter key, the input value will have a background color. You can save the value in this state.
2. Check the contents and click "Save"
Deleting registered information
Email address | Delete Individually | Click the trash button for each item. |
Delete all registrations |
Click the Delete button and select Delete All. |

Deletion using CSV file |
Click the "Delete" button and select "Delete bulk as CSV file." Of the email addresses contained in the CSV, only data that matches registrations with ovice will be extracted, so check the contents and click "Delete". |

Download CSV file
Download the "Block by email address" information as a CSV file.
Click "Export as CSV" > "Export".
The following email will be sent to the email address of the user who performed the operation.

Tips
- If you are using a hierarchical structure and would like to copy the blacklist settings to other floors, please refer to Copying Access Restrictions to Other Floors .
- The blacklist takes precedence over Space Access Settings. For example, if you add the same email address to the blacklist and Space Access Settings, the user will be blocked and will not be able to access the space.
- Admins cannot be blocked.
