When I enter the space, I am asked to enter a password and cannot access the space

Possible Cause

  • Entering the password for your ovice account
  • You have set user permission settings in the space.

Confirmation method

1. Please check that you have entered the correct password.

The password displayed at the entrance to the space is different from the password for your Ovice account. Please enter the password provided for the space.

2. Please contact the space administrator for the password.

 

If not resolved

Please contact our technical support with the following information:

  • OS type and version
  • What is happening
  • How to use ovice (desktop app/web browser)
    • For desktop app: Version (How to check)
    • For web browsers: name and version
