Stuck on loading screen when trying to log in or enter (ovice Go - mobile app)

If you have troubles such as being unable to log in to ovice Go or enter a room, please try the following.
 

Checklist

  1. Restart ovice Go
  2. Reboot your smartphone
  3. Uninstalling and reinstalling ovice Go
