I am Being Asked to Re-Verify my Account

Possible Cause

  • Revoked account verification where the administrator requested that the user's account be re-verified
  • Using multiple login methods
    • Re-authentication is required every time you change your login method from email address/password to SSO.
    • Reauthentication is required each time you change from SSO to a different SSO login method.
    • If the administrator has an IDP side application for each space, re-authentication is required every time you log in to a different space.

How to Resolve

Account authentication is performed by the email received to the registered email address.
