In the Admin Space Settings, you'll see there is a changeable Server Region designation. This indicates which global servers are servicing your Space. The Server Region is initially determined by the geolocation of the account owner, but may be updated if the majority of the users would be better served by a different server region.

If you do opt to change your Server Region, access the Server Region Settings in the Space Settings Menu: Space Settings > Setting > Space in the Main Menu.
Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list, and click the Save button.
