In the event you wish to prevent access to your space by specific users, we do have the ability to create Blacklist rules. You may prevent access based on:
- Individual Email Addresses
- Global IP Addresses
Note: Black list rules have a higher priority than Whitelist rules. Is a specific email address or IP address appears on both lists, the user will not be able to access the space.
To access the Blacklist screen, Admins may go to Space Settings > Permission > Blacklist.
Enter any individual email addresses or IP addresses you wish to block from the space, and click Save.
To remove any email address or IP address from the Blacklist, simply delete that entry, and click Save. You may also clear all of your Blacklisted items by clicking Delete All.
