Check Your oVice Personal Settings

If you're having issues with audio and video , first check to make sure you have the correct mic and/or camera device selected in your oVice Personal Profile Settings.  This is particularly important if you have external speakers or cameras, as they may not have defaulted to your preferred hardware. 

  1. Access your Personal Profile Settings.
  2. Toggle to Camera and Audio Settings.
  3. Verify the correct devices are selected.
  4. Click SAVE.
