in oVice, Interactive Objects are the customizable pieces that make your space work for you and your team - from facilitating better conversations, to integrating your online tools & processes into the workspace, to making important resources available for quick access, and so much more.
The Space Objects
Space Objects are the Interactive Objects that have been placed in the space by a Space Admin. They are referred to as Space Objects because they remain in the space constantly, and do not disappear when users log in and out. They're 'always on.'
How to Use
While your Admins may or may not have all of these Objects enabled in your space (or have role permission restrictions enabled), these are the Static Objects you might encounter:
- bulletin board object
- image space object
- meeting object
- YouTube object
- LiveStream object
- iframe object
- windows socket object
- Location information display socket
The Quick Objects
Quick Objects are the temporary Interactive Objects that users may create on their own in the workspace to help facilitate their needs. They are referred to as Quick because they can be created 'instantly,' and will disappear from the space once they are closed by the creator of the object.
How to Use
While your Admins may or may not have all of these Objects enabled in your space (or have role permission restrictions enabled), these are the Quick Objects you might create as needed:
- meeting object
- Screen sharing object
- camera object
- memo object
- megaphone object
- YouTube object
- iframe object
- Zoom object
