  • Is communication encrypted?
    Yes. All multimedia content, including conversations, Screen Shares, and Video Calls, is fully encrypted. Furthermore, this data is not stored on our servers.
  • What information is stored on your servers?
    We store user logs, Chat information, and content uploaded to ovice (such as notice boards, avatar images, and Background Images).
    * Public and mention chats are stored in an encrypted database for approximately 3 months from the time of posting.
    * We do not hold any personal information beyond the standard items included in user logs.
    * Upon request, all personal information can be deleted when a trial ends or a subscription is canceled.
  • Do you have third-party certifications or audits?
    We have obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and JIS Q 27001:2023 certifications. Additionally, we conduct regular security inspections through independent third-party agencies.
  • Is ovice used by major corporations or public institutions?
    Yes, our service has been successfully implemented by numerous publicly traded companies and government organizations. We are committed to maintaining the highest security standards to ensure peace of mind for all our users.
  • Where is the data stored?
    All system data, including backups, is stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers located in Japan (Tokyo Region). Please note that if you use the AI Concierge feature, any PDFs or documents you upload will be stored on OpenAI's servers (File Storage and Vector Store) specifically to provide that functionality.
  • Will my data be used for AI training?
    No. Your data is not used for AI training. We have implemented external APIs with settings that strictly prohibit the reuse of input data (such as voice or text) for machine learning or model improvements.
