Edit or delete a room that you have already created.
Permissions available for operation
This can be operated by any of the following users:
- Space Admins
- Groups with "Cusomize Space" in their Permission Groups
- Members if the Space Customization Permission is set to "Member permissions"
Open the settings screen
1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
*If you are not an organization owner, there is no need to select a tab.

2. Customize space → Click the "Add/Edit Static Tools" button
Check the Rooms
Created rooms are displayed on the right side of the screen.
The number displayed next to the room name indicates the capacity.
Change Room Information/Location
Select the desired room from the customization screen or from the list on the right side of the screen to display the editing screen. Please refer to the following for each item.
Setting up Rooms
Be sure to click "Save" once you've made your changes.
If you click on another object or anywhere on the customization screen without saving, a confirmation dialog will be displayed. If you want to save and finish editing, click "Save & Proceed".
Show/Hide in Space
Rooms that you are not using temporarily can be hidden from the space. To switch between hiding and displaying, click one of the "Display Switch" or "Show/Hide" buttons displayed on the settings screen.
To display a hidden room on the Customize screen, select "All" or "Inactive" under Show Space Objects.
Space Customization Common Settings
Delete
Click on one of the trash buttons that appears on the settings screen. Once a room has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
Controlling Multiple Rooms
1. Select multiple objects and rooms using one of the following methods:

You can operate it using the icons displayed on the customization screen. (From the left: "Show," "Hide," and "Delete") |
Any changes you make will be saved automatically.
