Space Management (Buildings)

Add or edit a new building linked to your organization.

Viewing Your Buildings

1. Click the hamburger icon in the Space header, then select the Organization tab.

2. Under organization settings, click Space Management.

3. Select the Buildings tab.

Adding a Building

1. Open Space Management (Buildings).

2. Click Add Building.

3. Enter a name for the building, then click Add.

 

Editing a Building Name

1. Open Space Management (Buildings).

2. Click the edit button for the building you want to update.

3. Enter the new name, then click Save.

 

Adding a Space to a Building

Creating a New Space

1. Select the Spaces tab.

2. Click Create a Space.

Adding an Existing Space

1. Open Space Management (Buildings).

2. Click the name of the building you want to update.

3. Click Add Space.

4. Check the boxes for the spaces you want to add, then click Save.

Changing a Space's Floor

Change the floor number of a space that's been added to a building.

1. Open Space Management (Buildings).

2. Click the name of the building you want to update.

3. Drag and drop each space to change its floor.

 

Deleting a Building

1. Open Space Management (Buildings).

2. Click the trash icon for the building you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.

Note: If the building had spaces added to it, those spaces will no longer be assigned to any building.

 

Tips

  • There's no limit to the number of new buildings you can add.
