Click the chat button that appears in the bottom right of the space administrator screen.

How to use
Chatbot Support
Click the button that corresponds to your question, or enter your question in the text area and press Enter to send it. You can enter and send questions even during a conversation with the bot.

I want to restart the chat
If you see a "Go back to the beginning" button in your chat, click it to start over. Or, close the settings screen that has the chat open, and open the settings screen in a new window to start the chat over again. If your past chat history is still displayed in the new window, wait about 10 minutes before opening the chat again in a new window.
Not getting the answers you want from chatbots
If you enter your question more specifically, the chatbot will be able to provide you with a more appropriate answer. If the problem is not resolved, you can enter "Request Form" to contact our support via the request form.
I want to turn off chat notification sounds
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the chat screen and turn off the Sound On toggle.
