As of April 1, 2025, the New Space URLs are officially in operation and the old Space URLs were discontinued at the end of March 2025. For workspaces havning the old SAML authentication, please update your settings to configure SAML with the new space URL.

Each user who is a member of the workspace can access by logining in with the updated SAML configure.
Login by SAML authentication
Once the IdP settings have been updated, the login page with the old URL will no longer be available. Please be sure to inform each user of the space of the new login page.
New Login Screen (for desktop app users)
You can use the new URL version of ovice on the desktop app by following the steps below.

SAML authentication on the new login screen
When each user performs SAML authentication on the new login screen, they will need to re-authenticate their account the first time only. They will not be asked to authenticate their account the second or subsequent time they log in with SAML authentication.

SAML authentication that you have been using fails - If you are using Azure AD settings (for organizations) , you do not need to guide your users to the new login screen. Each user can log in and access the ovice at https://myapplications.microsoft.com/
