Installation and Initial Setup (ovice Go – Mobile App)

This guide explains how to install and set up the ovice Go mobile app.

 

Supported OS

  • AndroidOS (Smartphones and tablets with version 10 or higher)

  • iOS (iPhone and iPad with version 15.1 or higher)

 

Unsupported Devices

  • Devices without phone feature
  • Devices without microphones
  • Devices without cameras
  • Devices without Bluetooth feature
  • Devices without location feature

 

Installation

Download from the following app stores:

Initial Setup

Android

Depending on the device, the content, order, and timing of confirmation dialogs may vary. Please allow access to notifications, calls, microphone (audio recording), and photos & videos as needed.

1. Select "Allow" for notification access.

2. Select "Allow only while using the app" for audio recording.

3. Select "Allow" for call initiation and management.

4. Select "OK" when prompted for phone permissions.

5. In the automatically opened Call Accounts settings, tap "All Call Accounts" and enable ovice Go.

6. Select "Allow only while using the app" for photo and video access.

iOS

The order of confirmation dialogs may vary, but please review each dialog and allow access to the microphone and camera as needed.

1. Select "OK" when prompted for microphone access.

This confirmation message appears each time you use ovice Go.
