Set the session retention period after an organization user logs into the ovice account.

How to Set Active Session Length

1. Click on the hamburger menu in the space header and select the “Organization” tab

2. Click on Organization Settings → “Security Management”

3. Select the “Session Time-Out” tab

4. Click “Edit” for Session Time-Out Length

5. Select the time until timeout and click "Save"

 

Tips

  • The default session timeout period is 7 days.
  • The session expires when the set amount of time has elapsed since each user last logged in.
  • If your login session expires even though the set time has not elapsed, please check whether the cookie retention period is controlled in your usage environment.
  • If you are an organization user with multiple organizations, the shortest session timeout setting will be applied.
