How to Set Active Session Length
1. Click on the hamburger menu in the space header and select the “Organization” tab
2. Click on Organization Settings → “Security Management”
3. Select the “Session Time-Out” tab
4. Click “Edit” for Session Time-Out Length
5. Select the time until timeout and click "Save"
Tips
- The default session timeout period is 7 days.
- The session expires when the set amount of time has elapsed since each user last logged in.
- If your login session expires even though the set time has not elapsed, please check whether the cookie retention period is controlled in your usage environment.
- If you are an organization user with multiple organizations, the shortest session timeout setting will be applied.
