The AI Concierge is an object that allows you to train an AI with PDF documents uploaded to your space. Once set up, it can answer questions regarding internal regulations, manuals, and other company resources.
Eligible Plans
This feature is currently available as a pilot program for the following plans:
- Business
- Entry-S / Entry-M (One-time)
How to Set Up
1. Refer to Installing Space Objects to configure the basic settings.
2. Select "AI Concierge" from the object addition menu.
3. Set the object name and the greeting (display message) for users.
4. Click the "Upload PDF" button to select and save the materials you want the AI to learn from.
You can upload up to 5 PDF files (Maximum file size: 50MB total).
Deleting Uploaded PDF Files
To delete an uploaded file, click the trash can icon.
How to Use (For Users)
- Click the "AI Concierge" object placed in the space to connect.
- Enter your question in the input field at the bottom of the chat window and click send.
- Review the response from the AI. If needed, click the "Sources" link to view the detailed reference materials.
Tips
- A separate session is created each time you connect to the object; chat history is not stored.
- Plan Specifications
- Business (User-based billing): Up to 100 objects can be installed; unlimited number of chats.
- Entry-S / Entry-M (Space-based billing): 1 object can be installed; up to 500 chats per month.
FAQ
- Where is the data stored?
PDF files are stored in AWS S3 (ovice's Japan servers) and OpenAI's File Storage and Vector Store. Chat history is not saved.
