You need an ovice account. To create an account, please go to the following URL:

How to connect
1. Open Integration
2. Click "Connect" in Google Calendar for this space only
3. The Google account login window will appear.
4. Log in (or choose an account)
5. Log in to oVision and click "Next"
6. Click "Allow" for the access request
*If you want to link your personal Google account, a check box will be displayed. Please check it to allow it.
7. Once the integration is complete, close your personal settings.
Changes to integration
Once the integration is complete, you can toggle status integration on or off.
Disconnect
1. Click "Connected" in Google Calendar
2. Click "Disconnect"
Check if there are plans
If a Google Calendar schedule is in progress, your avatar emoji will display a calendar icon.

Tips
- If you have multiple spaces, you will need to configure each one separately.
- If you don't want the calendar icon to appear on your avatar, set "No Events" in your Google Calendar settings.
FAQ
Can an administrator configure Google integration settings for users all at once?
No, you must configure it yourself.
Can administrators control whether users can set up Google integration?
you can't.
I've set it up, but the "Scheduled" icon isn't showing up.
You may not be logged in to your ovice account. Please log in at the following URL and set up Google integration again.

Can multiple users link to one Google Calendar?
No. You will be linked to the last user you set.
Does ovice also retrieve details of Google Calendar events?
We only collect information about what time slots are available in the next 7 days. We do not collect any information such as titles or participants.
What information does ovice store on its servers?
The following information will be acquired and stored. The start and end times of the event will be deleted from the server one minute after the icon update is completed.

- calendar.events.readonly – to get event updates
- calendar.freebusy: To get the status of a specific time period (whether or not there is an event)
- userinfo.email: To identify the user

Get notified every time there's a change in your Google Calendar and get up-to-date status for the next 7 days.
