Delete an ovice Account

How to complete the procedure in person

Please provide the following information to ovice support directly:

  • The email address of the account to be deleted

Note: For identity verification purposes, please ensure the contact email address matches the email address of the account to be deleted.

 

How to proceed by a representative

To delete an account other than your own, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Space identification code
  • Representative's email address
  • Email address of the person to be deleted

 

Notes

When deleting an account, please note the following:

  • Deletion will be completed approximately 2 weeks after your request. We do not accept requests to specify the completion date and time for account deletion.
  • You will no longer be able to access any spaces on your account using that account.
  • The account information will be hidden from the user list on the administration screen.
