Each role controls the quick objects available to users.
What is a Quick Object?
This refers to a tool that users can launch and use depending on the purpose, such as conversation or screen sharing. The launched object will disappear when the use is finished, but the user can launch it as many times as he/she likes.
Using Quick Objects
Method of operation
1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
*If you are not an organization owner, there is no need to select a tab.
2. Space Settings → Click "Objects Manager"
3. Select the "Native Object List" or "Customized Object List" tab.
Native Object List | These are quick objects that come pre-set for every space. |
Customized Object List | Custom objects that can be created and added at the organizational level. |
4. Install objects that you will use
5. Delete unnecessary objects
6. Select whether to allow or deny use of each permission
For example, if you want to allow only admins and members to use screen sharing objects, check the box as shown below.
Megaphone volume control
The megaphone is an object used to make announcements to the entire audience. Set the volume when this object is used.
Setting method
1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
2. Space Settings → Objects Manager → Click "Megaphone"
3. Adjust the volume knob
The volume cannot be set to "0".
Tips

If you have applied for the "Transcription Object" and it does not appear in the available quick objects, please try force refreshing the screen.
How to force refresh -
Disabled quick objects are unavailable to all users.
- By default, meetings, screen sharing, and megaphone are enabled and can be used by everyone from administrators to visitors.

Quick objects that are not permitted for use will not be displayed on the user screen with the corresponding permissions and cannot be launched.
