You can set up Microsoft Teams notifications triggered by chat mentions addressed to you.
Additionally, administrators can configure Teams notifications using various triggers.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft Teams administrator privileges are required.
- Prepare the Microsoft Teams team or channel where you want to receive notifications.
Microsoft Teams Settings
1. In Microsoft Teams, open the team or channel where you want to post notifications.
2. Click the "..." (More options) icon to the right of the channel name.
3. Click "Workflows."
4. Select a template for Webhook notifications, such as "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to specify the target team/channel and save.
6. Copy the Webhook URL that appears after creation.
7. Configure the settings on the ovice side.

8. Open ovice and go to "Integrations" from your Profile Settings.
9. Paste the URL copied in Step 6 of the Microsoft Teams Settings into the Webhook URL field.
10. Copy and paste the following string into the Post Data field, then click "Save."

8. Click the three-line menu icon in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
*If you are not an Organization Owner, you do not need to select the tab.
9. Click "Space Settings" → "Webhooks."
10. Click the "+" button in "Webhook Settings."
11. Select a trigger.

12. Paste the URL copied in Step 6 of the Microsoft Teams Settings into the Webhook URL field.
13. Copy and paste the following string into the Post Data field.

14. Edit the "Change this later" part of the string.
This text will be displayed in the Microsoft Teams notification. Change it to any notification message based on the type of Webhook. You can also include information retrieved from ovice in the notification message. For details, please refer to the following article:

Tips
- Header data on the ovice side is not required for this configuration.
- If you select a private channel as the notification destination in Teams, change the poster information using the following steps:
1. Open the workflow management screen (Microsoft Support Page)
2. Click the three-dot menu icon next to the relevant flow and click "Edit"
3. Click "Send each adaptive card" > "Post card in a chat or a channel"
4. Change the sender to "User" and click "Save"
