Added coretime functionality to the Real Time Locator Socket
Added a function to enable beacon detection only during the operation time set in ovice Go. Also, a "Save" button has been added to the setting screen of the Real Time Locator Socket, and it is now possible to reflect the changes in the settings all at once.
