January 21, 2026: Release of updates including simplified visitor access and administrator invitation Feature

New Settings to Simplify Visitor Entry

We have added "Visitor Name Entry" and "Visitor Device Settings" to the feature settings. By toggling these OFF, you can make name entry and camera/microphone setup optional for Visitors, or skip these steps entirely. This allows first-time guests to join meetings more smoothly.

Option to Invite Users with Admin Permissions

Previously, when registering a new person as an Admin, you had to invite them as a "Member" first and then manually change their permissions. With this improvement, Admins can now invite new users directly with Admin permissions.
