Users Can Now Set Up and Reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Themselves
The Profile Settings now include a "Security Settings" tab, allowing users to independently set up and reset (disable) two-factor authentication.
- Added User-Controlled 2FA Setup
- The Profile Settings screen now includes 2FA ON/OFF settings and a reset function. This allows for flexible 2FA setup and management based on your usage.
Added Reaction Settings Function
Users can now change the display order of Reactions and set them as visible or hidden. You can also add and delete custom reactions, enabling richer and more enjoyable communication.
Display Users Connected to Rooms and Objects in the User List
The design and usability of the user list have been improved.
- The list display toggle has been changed to a clear **"Tab Format"**
- The display of user online status has been made clearer

UI and Design Enhancements
- Improved Visibility of Away Avatars
- Avatars for users who are Away will now remain in the space, appearing semi-transparent and yellow, with their "Away" memo displayed above the avatar. This makes it easier to grasp the overall staff situation in the office.
- Added Confirmation Sound When Connecting to Objects or Entering Meeting Rooms
- A test sound will now play when connecting to an object or entering a meeting room to confirm that your speakers are working.
- Changed the timing of 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
- For users whose organization requires 2FA through Organization Settings, 2FA authentication will now be requested immediately after logging into ovice. This changes the previous behavior where users were prompted for authentication every time they entered a space in a 2FA-enabled organization. By completing 2FA authentication upon login, access becomes more seamless.
