Manage Bookmark Users. By adding users to your favourite list, you will receive the notifications when they access the same workspace as you accessing, also you can easily find them on the user list to start conversation quickly.
View Your Favorite Users
You can view your favorite users on the 'Favorite Users Settings' page in Personal Settings. The list includes users from the current workspace as well as from other workspaces, organizations, and buildings.

- Up to 100 users can addto favorites.
- Visitors, guests, and other users who are not logged into your ovice account cannot be added to favorites, nor can they add other users.

Tips
- Bookmarked users will not be notified that they have been added or removed.

When a bookmark user accesses the space, they will receive a notification that you are online in the space. You can turn notifications on or off in your personal settings.
