The Reaction Settings allow users to set whether they use each reaction, rearrange the display order, and add or delete custom reactions.
Customization Options
Show/Hide Settings for Each Reaction
- Toggle the availability (display in the menu) for individual Reactions, including standard Reactions.
Reordering the Display Sequence
- Adjust the display order in the Reaction menu using drag-and-drop to quickly access frequently used Reactions.
Adding and Deleting Custom Reactions
- Users can upload and manage their own Custom Reactions (up to 5).
- Size Limit: Image files up to 1MB can be uploaded.
- Supported File Formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG, GIF
- Users can specify the notification sound for Reactions from a selection of existing options.
Tips
The ability for users to use Custom Reactions can be specified from "Permissions and Allowed Features" in Space Settings.
*The default setting allows all users to use them.
