Configure "Organization Notifications" and "Space Notifications" under "Notification Settings" in Personal Settings.
Organization Notifications
Enabled by default.
| On | Receive notifications from ovice. |
| Off | Turn off all ovice notifications (OS notifications, sound alerts, in-space pop-up notifications, and unread badges in the Notification Center). Even when turned off, all notifications will still be stored in the Notification Center. |
Individual Notification Settings
You can choose notification and sound preferences for each action.

Notifications
Choose whether to enable OS notifications, in-space pop-up notifications, and unread badges in the Notification Center. Even if turned off, notifications will still be stored in the Notification Center. -
Sound
Choose whether to play a notification sound when receiving alerts. -
Volume
Adjust the sound volume. Click "Test" to preview the audio output.
Notifications are available for the following Meeting Log events:

Notifications are available for the following actions:
| Bookmarked User Access | Notifies you when a bookmarked user enters the space. |
| Mention Chat |
Notifies you when you receive a chat message mentioning you. For longer messages, click "Show More" to view the full text. |
| Missed Calls | Notifies you of unanswered calls as missed calls. |
| Shoulder Tap | Notifies you when someone taps your shoulder. |
| Waiting User Available | Notifies you when a user you were waiting for becomes available to talk. |
| Meeting Room Chat | Notifies you when a public chat message is received in a meeting room. |
| User Proximity | Notifies you when another user enters your audio range while either you or the other user has your microphone turned on. |
| Other | Notifies you of other announcements using the Public API. |
