Available on the Business, Enterprise, and campus plans, as well as One-time (ovice Event). It comes at no additional cost on the Business and Enterprise plans, and as a paid add-on for One-time (ovice Event).
When this setting is on, users in your space can record conversations and screens. Meeting rooms and open spaces can be turned on and off independently.

How to Set It Up
1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen and select the "Space" tab on the main menu
*If you are not the organization owner, there is no need to select the tab.
2. Go to your space settings and click Feature Management.
3. Under Recording, toggle Meeting room and Openspace on or off.

Tips
- Both Meeting room and Openspace are off by default.
- The two settings are independent, so you can turn on just one of them if you prefer.
- If the Recording menu doesn't appear in the admin settings, try a hard refresh.
