A report corresponding to the application form for the Human Resource Securing Support Subsidy will be output.
Create/Download Subsidy Report
1. Access the remote work report
2. Click on the "Subsidy Report" tab
3. Click the Edit button for Business Owner Name.
4. Enter the business owner name and click "Save"
5. Click "Add" in Report Target List
5. Enter the email address (the email address registered to your ovice account) and name (report display name) of the employee you want to add and click "Add."
*Please add all target persons in this step.
6. Click "Download Report"
7. Specify the extraction date range and click "Download"
Two types of emails will be automatically sent to the email address of the user who operated these steps within a few minutes. Click "Go Back" on the screen to close.

Review/Edit Subsidy Report Subjects
Search for Employee Information
Targets can be searched by email address or partial match of report display name.
Editing the Employee Information
You can change the email address and name by clicking the edit button next to the target employee.
Removal of Employee Information
You can delete a target employee by clicking the trash can button next to them.
