Added an "Other Settings" Tab to the Personal Settings Modal

Connection Test Feature: You can now self-check your network connection status, making it easier to pinpoint the cause of issues when troubleshooting.

Debug Mode Feature: This allows you to download debug information files (such as logs), enabling smooth information provision when contacting Technical Support.

Change in Insight Data Retention Period

Users on all plans can now view data from the most recent one month. Upgrading to the Business Plan is required to view data for longer periods.

Display Slack Integration Status on the User List

Previously, the presence of Slack Integration could only be checked from the ovice profile view screen or the "at desk" display. Now, you can also check the Slack Integration status directly from the user list.

Automatic Disconnection of Third-Party Integrations

For security and privacy protection, third-party integrations such as Slack and Google Calendar will be automatically disconnected for users who have not logged in for 30 days or more.

The next time an affected user logs in, they will be notified that the integration has been disconnected and prompted to reconnect if necessary.

 

Improved Display of Calendar Events on the User List

When multiple calendar events overlap at the same time, all event names are now displayed, making it easier to understand the status of your team members.

Access to Space Settings on Mobile Devices

You can now access Space Settings from mobile devices, such as smartphones, allowing you to check and change settings regardless of your location.

Improved Read/Unread Specification in the Notification Panel

【Previous Specification】
Notifications automatically become "Read" the moment you open the notification panel.

【New Specification】
Notifications become "Read" intentionally when you close the notification panel.
