Other Settings

In Other Settings under Profile Settings, you can run a connection diagnosis test and extract diagnostic logs.

 

Debug Mode

1. Toggle the switch ON to start Debug Mode.

2. After confirming the operation and encountering an issue, click the Stop button shown in the image below to download the operation log file.

*Debug Mode automatically turns OFF after 24 hours. Note that the log file will not be downloaded when it turns off automatically.

You can check the operating status of your microphone, camera, and network connection.
