User Roles

Depending on a user's permissions, the access rights to the space and the ability to set the space will vary.

 

Permission types

Organization Owner

  • The highest level of administrative privilege gives you access to the organization admin page.
  • Has administrative privileges in all spaces that belong to the organization.
  • You can access the subscription plan and payment screen.

 

Admin

  • With the permission to manage each space, you can access the space administration screen.
  • You can use space functions that are restricted to admin only in the space (such as  Kick from SpaceForce Mute a User, etc.)
  • You can connect to and edit all static objects in a space.
  • Depending on the Permission Groups settings, you can access the screen of the organization or other spaces' admin console.

 

Member

 

Visitor

  • Whether visitors can access the space or not depends on the acceess permission settings.
  • Integration with external services other than Zoom is not available.
  • Other features available in a space depend on the space settings.
  • You can't access the organization admin page or space admin page.
  • You can access the private space you accessed  by logging in to your ovice account for 24 hours. If you do not access the space for 24 hours, your access will be switched to "Guest" access and you will need to be granted access again to access the space.
  • You can access the space without logging in to your ovice account.
    *In this case, you will be treated as a "Visitor" and your personal settings will not be retained.

Guest

  • Guest cannot access/move in the space. (They enters a private space meeting room directly from an invitation link. )
  • When you leave the room, you will automatically be redirected to the lobby instead of the space.
  • You cannot move within the space.
  • Visitors who do not have access to the space for 24 hours will be considered guests.
  • You can't access the organization admin page or space admin page.
  • You can access the space without logging in to your ovice account.
    *In this case, you will be treated as a "Visitor" and your personal settings will not be retained.
