See all users who have accessed the space, and change users' permissions.
Accessing the User List
1. Click the hamburger menu on the top left of the screen and select the Space tab on the main menu
*If you are not the organization owner, you do not need to select the tab.
2. Space Settings → Click "User Management"
3. Select the "User List" tab
Displayed Information
- User Info (Avatar/Name/Email address)
- Role
- Recent Visit (Records the date and time when the user left the space)
- Verified
*Guests whose Recent Visit are more than a month will be hidden from the user list.
Change User Roles
2. Click the user role of the corresponding user and select the Role from the pull-down
User search
You can search for users by their name or email address, or filter the list by using the filtering buttons.
Exporting CSV files
Download a CSV file of the user list. The data includes users displayed on the screen, but does not include users who have been filtered out or guests who have not been online for over a month.
2. Click "Export CSV"
3. Click "Export"
4. Receive the email
Subject:Space user list has been exported to CSV file
From: no-reply@mg.ovice.io
5. Click "Download the file" in the email body to download the data.
Tips

Email addresses of users who do not have an ovice account will not be displayed. Also, these users' roles cannot be changed to admins or members.

You can change roles for multiple users by the following steps:
1. Select your target users
2. Click Action
3. Click Change Role
4. Select Role from pull-down
5. Click Change
