Insights (Organization)
Applicable Plans or Services
- Business
- Team
- ovice campus (if you are using Business or Team)
- Other plans: Data for the most recent month is available. To view data for longer periods, an upgrade to the Business plan is required.
Required Permissions
- Administrator
- Groups assigned permission units
Accessing Insights
1. Click the three-line icon in the space header and select the "Space" tab.
*If you are not an organization owner, selecting the tab is not necessary.

2. Click "Insights"
3. Select the screen using the tab in the upper right.
Target Users for Display

Organization users registered in the organization within the last 6 months are displayed. Visitors and guests are not included. |
| Other data | All users with any permission who accessed the space within the last 6 months are included in the aggregation. |
Stay Time Details Items
This data is a feature for ovice campus. Rows are added to the view for each date, user, and room.

About Searching Stay Time
The search target includes entry and exit records from one hour before the specified search period's start time to one hour after its end time. For example, users who stay in the space continuously across multiple days will not appear in the search results if there are no entry/exit records within the search period.
