Invite new users to the space.
Permission selection/Access permission settings
There are four types of permissions: Admin, Member, Visitor, and Guest. Decide the most appropriate permissions for new users you want to invite to the space, and add them to the access permission settings as necessary.

Press the Enter kry after entering the email addresses, select the user role for the target users, and click "Add to invitation list." *You can invite up to 200 users at a time. 4. Click "Send" An invitation email will be sent to the target user. Subject: You have received an invitation mail from the ovice space. Please carry out the following items as necessary.
Change Roles
For spaces where you have not set Space Access Settings, you can manually change the roles for each user.
User Management (User List)
If a new user is accessing without logging in, you cannot grant them Admin or Member roles.
Check Pending Approval
If the space is set to private, each user can apply for "Member" role on the pre-access screen. The admins can review the list of users waiting for approval and approve them as necessary.
