Permissions settings set restrictions on user access to the space. You can set permissions for members and visitors respectively; if you are using the Team or Business plan, you cannot set permissions for visitors.
By default, permission settings do not apply to administrators.
Items that can be set
- Email address
- You can specify by email domain, email address, or SSO (members only).
- Password
- If multiple passwords are created, they will be judged by the OR condition. Passwords can be set from one character, and there are no restrictions on the number of symbols or characters.
- You will be asked to enter your password only when you first access to determine if you are a member/visitor. You will not be asked to enter a password if you are already a member/visitor of the space, such as when you access it for the second time or later.
- IP address
- Set a global IP address.
