Permission Inheritance

You can quote the "Whitelists" and "Blacklists" settings for spaces on other floors. This operation is possible only when multiple spaces are set in one building (hierarchical structure).

 

Method of operation

  1. Space settings → Click "Space Access Settings" or "Blacklist"

  2. Click "Inheritance"

  3. Select "Copy settings from other spaces"

  4. Enter the source domain

  5. Click "Save"

Remove Inheritance

  1. Space settings → Click "Space Access Settings" or "Blacklist"

  2. Click "Change the Source"

  3. Select "Do not copy settings"

  4. Click "Save"

Tips

  • Even if you do this, information such as the whitelist/blacklist settings of the source will not be displayed on the citation space settings page, but the settings will be reflected.

  • Only one space can be set as the citation source.

  • When the source setting is changed, the citation destination information is also changed synchronously.

  • You can check whether or not citations are set on the "Space Access Settings" or "Blacklist" pages.
