Using Space Objects

Make use of permanent objects installed in the space.

 

Object Information

1. Place the cursor on the space object

2. Click the information mark that appears

You can check information about the object (excluding window sockets and some images).

Object Permissions

When placing a space object, admins set the following connection permissions. Only users with permissions can connect to the object and edit its contents.

  • Admin
  • Member and above
  • Visitor and above

 

Meeting/Microphone/YouTube/iframe/Livestream/Custom object

Viewing/watching content All users can move within range of the audio and video and watch and listen to the audio, video and content.
Join

If you have permission to connect, place the cursor over the object and click the "Join" button that appears. You will connect to the object and automatically move within range of the audio and video.

What you can do after connecting

  • You can edit the object.
  • You can make calls from the object, such as speaking or sharing your screen.

If the "Join" button is inactive and cannot be clicked, you do not have permission to connect to the object.

Resize/move window

Click the enlarge button to display full screen. You can freely change the size and move the image.

Range Specification Specify the range of the object's audio and video.
Range that can be specified for each authority Administrators and Members Can be set between 0.5 and 64 times
Visitors Not changeable

Microphone Object
Specify using the pull-down menu on the bottom right control toolbar.

Object position Clicking the Meeting icon on the control toolbar at the bottom right of the screen will display the currently connected meeting object location on the screen.

Exit (disconnect from an object) You can exit in one of the following ways:

Microphone Object
  • Click the "Leave" button that appears on the object

  • Click "Leave" on the control toolbar

  • Move avatar outside object bounds
  • Switch to In Progress Status
    Switch Status

  • Click the "Leave" button in the window.

Available shortcut keys Press the ESC key. This works for all objects.
Others While connecting to a space object, you can simultaneously launch other quick objects and share them with everyone.

If your device is narrow, the toolbar will be scaled down and some shortcuts will be stored in three-dot buttons.

For Bulletin Boards

You can check the contents from the space regardless of the range of audio and video. You can also edit the contents by clicking. (Depending on the connection permission)

For Images

You can check the content from the space regardless of the range of audio or video. Also, if the image has animation or a link, you can view the content by clicking it.

For Window Sockets

Depending on the broadcast mode setting, it is possible to watch the video from outside  the range of the audio and video. You can also communicate two-way by moving within the range and clicking.

Real Time Locator/Seat Reservation Sockets

Real Time Locator Sockets When a real space beacon detects a user nearby, the user will be displayed on the socket
Seat Reservation Sockets When the user's reserved date and time arrives, the user's avatar will be displayed on the socket.
