This object allows you to share your screen with other users. It can be used as a quick object or in a meeting room.
Start Sharing
1. Start screen sharing
In case of space |
Launch a quick object . If you are connected to a meeting object, you can also click the shortcut that appears in the control toolbar and select "Screenshare." |
In a conference room |
Click the shortcut that appears on the control toolbar. |
2. Select the screen you want to share
All |
All screens that can be shared are displayed. *Desktop app only |
Window | A list of windows that can be shared will be displayed. |
Entire screen | A list of computer screens that can be shared will be displayed. |

A list of browser tabs that can be shared will be displayed. *Browser version only |
3. Choose whether to share system audio
If you check the checkbox in the bottom left of the pop-up, your device's audio will also be shared.
Whether or not you can share audio depends on your environment.

4. Click "Share"
Stop Sharing
In case of space |
Stop each share by clicking the ✕ button on the window, or select "Stop All sharing" from the screen sharing shortcut on the control toolbar. *You can only stop your own screen sharing. |
In a meeting room |
Click the screen sharing shortcut that appears in the control toolbar. |
Viewing screen sharing/operating each function
View | In the space | When you approach the range of an object, the object window will appear, and by connecting to the object, you will be able to activate or interact with the object yourself. |

Zoom Display |

Use the +- buttons to zoom in and out on the shared content in the object window. You cannot zoom out more than 100%. You can also use the mouse wheel or pinch in and out on the touchpad. |
Magnification display |
100% means that the entire shared screen fits perfectly in the object window. When you start viewing a screen share, it is set to 100%. |

Tips

If you are using full-screen mode on the desktop app (Mac), full-screen mode will be automatically released when you start screenshare. If you are using the browser version, if it does not work properly, please exit full-screen mode before sharing your screen.
What is full-screen mode?(Apple support page) - When you start screen sharing on the desktop app, the window you select to share will be highlighted with a green border.

The resolution for screen sharing is the maximum resolution allowed for the environment of the sharing source. If the communication quality is not sufficient, the resolution may be lowered due to WebRTC's automatic adjustment function.
- If the zoom button is hidden behind the Leave Room button in the meeting room, move or resize the screen sharing object or make it full screen until you can see the button.
