You can add comments and shapes to the object canvas and use the mouse pointer or laser pointer. These actions can be performed not only by the user who started the object but also by others connecting to the object. The object type is only Quick Object.
Also, you can use this feature on the screenshare object.
How to Use
1. Start Drawing Tool Object
allowing you to add comments and shapes in the object window. For information on how to operate each shortcut button, see "Annotation Toolbar Functions" or the help icon at the bottom right of the window.
2. (Optional) Save.
There is no built-in function to save added annotations. If necessary, take a screenshot to preserve them.
How to Use with Screenshare
1. Turn on Edit Mode in the screen sharing object window.
2. Use the displayed annotation toolbar.

Annotation Toolbar Features
Lock | Automatically switches back to the arrow tool after adding a shape, line, or text. This setting is enabled by default. |
Hand (Mouse Pointer) |
Displays only the mouse pointer for participants. |
Arrow (1) | Selects and edits multiple items at once. Example: Delete multiple items at once or change their color, thickness, or style collectively. |
Shapes and Lines (2–6) | Adds shapes and lines. |
Pen (7) |
Draws freehand lines. |
Text (8) |
Adds text. |
Image File (9) |
Inserts PNG or JPG files. Select an image from your local storage and click any position in the object window to add it. |
Eraser (0) |
Deletes added items. Click on an item to remove it or drag the mouse to delete multiple items at once. |

Activates the laser pointer. |

Tips

To hide the color palette in the top left, switch to the arrow or hand tool in the annotation toolbar, or click the color palette icon
at the bottom of the window.
The color palette icon is only displayed when the object window is narrow.

Turning off Edit Mode of the screenshare object does not remove existing annotations.

You can delete items added by other users, so handle with care.

Users who move within the object's range in the workspace can view annotations.

Connecting to the object allows users to enable Edit Mode and use annotation tools.

There are no permission restrictions, which means all connected users can use the annotation tools.
