What is a Data Dashboard
A tool that visualizes user activity in a space. You can analyze the data and use it to make effective use of the space and establish usage . For details on how to apply, please see below.

Accessing the Data Dashboard
1. Access the data dashboard URL
2. Enter your email address and password and click "Login"
*When you access the site for the first time, the login information is included in the email from our company.
3. Click "〇〇-data_dashboard" on the upper left of the screen

Items Available on Each Board

Displays the space name.

Total Spent Hour / DAU Trend
The DAU and average stay time of the target space are displayed. Users who access the space the previous day and stay beyond the date are also counted.

Daily Active Users
The DAU for each space is displayed. * Only users who went online on that day are counted.

Daily Usage Space
Displays the space congestion rate for each space.
Calculation formula: uu accessed on that day / space size (50, 200, 500)
Example: The congestion rate on the day when 10 uu were accessed in a 50 size space is 20%

Daily Usage Member
Displays the space utilization rate for each space.
Calculation formula: uu of administrators/members who accessed on that day / uu of registered administrators/members

Recent User Stats
Each activity achievement for each member is displayed. All users who have accessed so far will be displayed. Users who do not see achievements have not accessed during the period. Each time you access with a guest account, you will be identified as a different user and your achievements will be displayed separately.

Speak Count x Move Count

FAQs
Data dashboard no longer shows data
① Access the data dashboard URL again.

(2) Data may not be displayed if any of the space domain, space name, or space size is changed. Please contact us.
Some users do not appear in Recent user Stats
The Recent user stat shows all users who have visited so far. Users who do not see any achievements have not accessed during the period. Make sure you are not filtering by date or user rights.
The number of users displayed in Total Spent hour / DAU Trend and Recent user Stat are different
Since Recent user Stat shows all users who have accessed so far, it is different from the number of users in Total Spent hour / DAU Trend.
What should I do if I want to see results for a specific day?
For example, if you want to see the results of November 15th, select the two days of November 15th and November 16th on the "date" calendar and update.
Can I see achievements by time period?
Although it cannot be seen in the current specifications, we are considering displaying results in units of one hour for DAU, Usage Space Usage Trend, etc.
Is there a difference between Total Spent hour / DAU Trend and Daily Active Users Usage Trend?
Total Spent hour / DAU Trend
Users who access the space the day before and stay beyond the date are also counted.
Daily Active Users Usage Trend
Only users who are online on that day are counted.
I got "An error occurred while rendering the visualization"
You may receive an error message while activating your web browser's translation feature. Please turn off the translation function of your web browser and load the data dashboard again.
Is it possible to customize the display items of the graph by changing or adding them?
It cannot be customized.
Can I see who has spoken with whom?
I can't confirm. The results displayed in Recent user Stat show the amount of activity of the corresponding user.
When is the data reflected/updated?
Timing has not been announced. You can check yesterday's data from the next day onwards.
The same person is counted separately in Recent user Stats
If you access with a different account, even the same person will be aggregated and displayed as a different user.
