To protect your account, authenticate (or re-authenticate) your account via email.
When account verification is required
- When you create a new account
- If you did not complete authentication when creating a new account
- When an organization owner or admin revokes account authorization
- If you use different login methods for the desktop app, browser version, and ovice Go

If you use multiple login methods
- If you switch from email address and password to SAML authentication, you will need to re-authenticate each time.
- If you use SAML authentication for multiple companies, you will need to re-authenticate each time.
- If your admin has set up different SAML configurations (different applications on the IDP side) for different spaces, you will need to re-authenticate every time you log in to a different space.
- When an admin change the certificate information for SAML authentication
Authentication Method
An email will be sent to your registered email address from the following sender:

*The code included in the email is valid for one hour.

Tips
- The code input area only accepts half-width numbers. If you are unable to enter your code, please check that your keyboard settings are not set to a different character codes.
- You can attempt to enter the code up to six times in succession. If you enter the wrong code more than six times, you will be able to try again after 24 hours have passed.
