Actions that display this message
While the number of organization users is at the limit, you cannot perform the following actions:
- Invite users to a space
- Resend an expired invitation
- Change an existing user's role to Admin or Member
- Approve a member request
When you invite multiple users at once, if the number of users exceeds the remaining capacity, none of the invitations will be sent. Invitations are not sent to only the users who fit within the remaining capacity.
Cause
The number of organization users includes not only users who have accessed a space, but also users who have been invited. Therefore, this message may be displayed even if the number of users actually using the space is small.
The following users are counted as organization users:
- Users with the Admin or Member role in any space in the organization
- Users invited as Admins or Members (they are counted from the moment the invitation is sent, even if they have not accessed the space yet)
Organization users are counted across all spaces in the organization. A user who belongs to multiple spaces is counted as one user, so inviting an existing organization user to another space does not increase the number of organization users. Visitors and Guests are not counted.
If you delete an invitation, or if the invitation expires (7 days from the date the email was sent), the user is removed from the organization users. If you resend an expired invitation, the user is counted as an organization user again.

1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Space" tab
*If you are not an organization owner, there is no need to select a tab.
2. Space Settings → Click "User Management"
3. Select the "Space Invitations" tab
4. Click the action for the user whose invitation status is "Pending"

Manage Users (Invitations)
Delete organization users who no longer use ovice
Remove users who no longer use ovice, such as users who have left your organization, from the organization users. The roles of deleted users are automatically changed to "Guest" in all spaces within the organization.
1. Click the three dots in the space header and select the "Organization" tab
2. Click "Organization Settings" → "User Management"
3. Select the "Organization User" tab
4. Scroll to the right and click "Delete" under Actions for the target user
5. Click "Delete"
If the target user is an organization owner, please remove their organization owner role beforehand.
Depending on the space settings, you may need to change the Space Access Settings and Blacklist for each space before deleting the organization user. If you are managing accounts of users who are leaving the organization, be sure to check the following guide:
Managing Inactive Users
Change space roles to Guest or Visitor
In the space's user management screen, change the role of Admins or Members to Guest or Visitor. Users who do not have Member or higher roles in other spaces in the organization are removed from the organization users.
