Possible Cause
- The email is going into the spam folder
- Emails are unintentionally deleted or sorted into unexpected folders due to filtering or rules set in your email software.
- Emails from ovice are blocked by the mail server settings.
Verification Procedure
1. Resend the email
On the ovice screen, click the resend button such as "Re-send" or "Resend email."
2. Search entire mail folder for keyword "ovice"
Be sure to also search your spam and deleted mail folders.
3. Ask your company, school, or other organization administrator to check the mail server settings.
Information such as the sender email address is listed in each guide, so please share it as well.
