*Direct messages refer to chats between individuals. Mentions to groups such as @all and @here, and mentions that specify multiple recipients are not eligible.

Advance Preparation
Make sure you have the necessary permissions for setup.
- Workplace administrator privileges
- ovice organization owner privileges
Workplace Settings
1. Open the admin panel
2. Click “Integrate”
3. Click “Create Custom Integration”
4. Enter any name and details and click "Create"
5. Click the Edit Name, Logo, Description button and upload any image for your logo
6. Click “Permissions” in the sidebar
7. Permit the following items and click “Save”
- Send messages to members
- Read user email address
8. Select “Details” in the sidebar and click Create Access Token
9. Click “Copy” on the token
Please keep this token in a safe place.
10. Check “I understand” on the confirmation screen and click “Finish”
ovice Settings
1. Click the three dots on the top left of the screen and select the "Organization" tab on the main menu
The organization tab can only be accessed by the organization owner.

2. Organization settings → External service linkage → Click the “External service” tab
3. Click on the “Workplace” app
*If the seat reservation socket is not displayed on the settings screen, please try forcing a refresh of your web browser.

4. Go to the access token field Workplace settings Enter the token obtained in
5. Click “Save”
This operation will add Workplace items to the personal settings "External service integration" on the space belonging to your organization. This field is visible only to organizational users.
Account Integration
1. Open Integrations
2. Click “Link” in Workplace
- Check the email address of the operated user account, and if an account with the same email address exists on Workplace, the link will be successful.
- Once you complete integration in one space, it will be automatically applied to other spaces belonging to your organization.
Cancel Integration
1. Open Integrations
2. Click “Linked” in Workplace
