Getting Started

Starting Transcription
1. Open the Meeting Log object. When the Meeting Log object is launched, the transcription feature will automatically prepare for use.
2. Select "Transcription" from the tabbed menu.
3. Click the "Start" button to begin real-time transcription.
Tab Features
The Meeting Log window is divided into four tabs based on your needs.
Notes
You can still enter notes manually as before. The content entered here is also used as reference material for the AI when generating meeting minutes.
Transcription
Speech is converted to text and displayed in real-time.
Real-time Translation: If the speaker's language differs from your set language, translations will be displayed automatically.
Language & Engine Settings: You can select the detection language and the transcription engine (Google / Amazon).
Data Export: Recorded content can be exported as a CSV file or copied as text.
Summarization
During the meeting, the AI automatically summarizes the conversation every five minutes.
This is ideal for tracking meeting progress in real-time or helping latecomers catch up quickly.
Summaries can be exported in Markdown (.md) format or copied to your clipboard.
Meeting Minutes
Automatically generate professional meeting minutes based on transcriptions and notes.
Minutes Generation: Simply click the button and select a template that fits your needs. The AI will create structured meeting minutes, which can be regenerated if you want to adjust the content.
Export: Completed minutes can be downloaded in Markdown format.
Managing Meeting Minutes Templates (For Admins)
Open Meeting Log Management.
From the Template Management tab, you can create and manage meeting minutes templates tailored to your organization’s workflow.
Templates: Four standard types are available: "Standard," "Brief," "Detailed," and "Development Sync" (*these cannot be edited or deleted).
Create New Template: You can build custom templates by configuring your own items and AI prompts.
